what is going on with me?

I have not been good, YES I know Tuesday I was ready to eat healthy on Wednesday. Well that didn't exactly happen.

Tomorrow is a new week for me, so I am starting over. This weekend nothing really is going on so I can focus on exercise and eating healthy.

Tomorrows HEALTHY menu:

Breakfast: 4 points plus total
Oatmeal from here (4p+) I think I'm gonna have strawberry and cream so good! I actually bought a bunch of boxes at target for 1- 1.50 a box with 5 servings each. pretty good deal. and super YUMMY!! :P
pear (0p+)

Lunch: 4 points plus total
bagel thin (3p+)
1 tablespoon cream cheese (1p+)
1/2 tablespoon raspberry preserves (0p+)
cantaloupe (0p+)

side note: Lunch is always hard for me. I want to have fun lunches that are easy to put together and low point. I get very bored, very easily.. so please I need ideas.

Snack before the gym :): 1 points plus total
string cheese (1p+)
orange (0+)

Dinner: 6 points plus total
1 serving of vegetable ravioli from Whole Foods (4p+)
2 tsp oil (2p+) one for pasta, one for...
roasted asparagus! so yummy.

So far thats 11 points plus, out of my 29... but don't worry I'll eat my points. Probably in ice cream form :) I am guilty to admit that I love Weight Watchers Ice Cream bars.

PS I want to go away so bad!!

oh yeah, I wasn't going to post this because I am not happy to say I haven't been eating good. I decided to do it because it will be motivation to show you guys I can do this!

Fell off the "WW" band wagon.

Once again.. I fell off the band wagon, and found myself eating bad.  I did good all day at work, then all of a sudden I found myself snacking on bugles.. yes bugles, so bad for you! I don't know what I was thinking, I obviously wasn't. It then started a trend of bad eating for the rest of the day/night. I am done eating for the night. 

I am actually watching the biggest loser, when all of a sudden I was like "why do I keep doing this??"

Tomorrow, I will start over!! I am actually thinking about changing my Weigh-In day to Thursday. Friday has been my Weigh-In day since I started. I think the change will be good. On Thursdays at my work the bake shop sells all the stuff they have been making with the students all week. Every week I want to buy something, but can't because my Weigh-In is the next day. When I deprive myself of something that is usually when I eat horrible the next day. I am thinking if I Weigh-In on Thursdays, give my self a treat BUT count it I will do better in the long run. Thoughts, suggestions?  I'm going to think this through and Weigh-In on Friday this week and decide next week.

Sorry I have been MIA since I started the blog. My weeks are CRAZY. Mondays and Wednesdays I have class and I don't get home till after 9. After packing my lunch and getting ready for bed.. the last thing I want to do is blog. Tuesdays I usually do homework and feel guilty if I am not. Then Life was just busy this weekend.

I had a baby shower on Saturday for my cousin, can't wait for the baby to come! First great-grandchild on my dads side of the fam.. so exciting. My cousin (the new dad) and I were always together and having when we were younger, its so weird to try to see him as a dad.

Sunday we celebrated my birthday at my Nanny's house. My nanny is my mom's mom. So I had a lot of family time this weekend. Which was great since it is rare.

HEALTHY menu for tomorrow:
Breakfast:
~ 1 cup un-sweetened applesauce (0p+)
~ 1 kiwi cut and mixed in applesauce (0p+)
...so good, gives the un-sweetened applesauce a sweeter flavor. I also love mixing in blueberries and strawberries. 

Lunch:
~ 1/2 serving of tuna salad I made (2p+) ... nothing special
~ flatout light wrap (2p+) with lettuce and grape tomatoes
~ Orange
(tuna salad= 1 can tuna (3p+) 1tbls mayo made with olive oil (1p+) 4 p+ for whole thing.. two servings = 2p+ each... yeah boring i know)

Dinner:
~ Frozen dinner.. gluten free lasagna (sad i know) (7p+)
~ pear, or possibly another orange. Takes longer to eat and occupies me wanting to snack throughout class.

When I get home I'll probably have a small snack.

Dinner!

Let me start off with I always forget to take pictures of my food. Maybe once I start updating more I will remember.

For dinner I made pizza.  Here is what you need: flatout light wrap (2pp), 3 tbls of pasta sauce, 1 oz of mozzarella cheese (2pp). Since the wrap is very thin you only need to put it in the oven for 5-10 mins depending on the temp. I like to cut the pizza into 8 pieces, it is easier to eat and I feel like you get more!

On the side I made roasted green beans, i got this idea from Julie. Check out her blog, its awesome. I hope my blog one day is as awesome as hers!

I'll probably have the pizza another time this week, and I'll take pictures then!

While dinner was cooking I packed my breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. sounds crazy right?! it is! I eat at work every morning. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have class and I go there straight from work. Its annoying, but it saves a lot of money. I probably wouldn't buy something healthy either.

For now, I'm relaxing and I am going to watch some tv tonight... its a big tv night for me. With ChoppedArmy Wives this ones gonna be a tear jerker, and then I'll be watching E! which includes Kourtney & Kim take NY, Holly's World, and After lately. Yup lots of TV, but this is the ONLY thing that excites me about Sunday nights... so whatever gets you through, right?

Hi, My name is Vanessa, and this is my blog about my awesome life ;)

This is actually my second blog. I first started blogging here, not too fancy! I didn't blog much at all, but that blog was boring! What better way then to just start a new fun hopefully more interesting one!

I am a online member of Weight Watchers. Healthy living is what my blog will be about. I'll post stuff like exciting meals I had, my exercises, and my weekly weigh-ins. It will also be about my awesome life of course.

Besides doing Weight Watchers, I work at a special services school as a teacher assistant. I am also going to school for my Master's in Special Education.

Now i need your help! I need tips to make this cooler, and look awesome! I don't know how to do anything fancy like those tabs at the top where i can put my favorite recipes, about me, exercises or how to make a cool banner. Please help!
